malapropism = the substitution of an incorrect word for a word with a similar sound. ie: misunderestimated

prop = anything on a stage which is not a wall or floor, actor or costume. ie. everything from the rugs, furniture, luggage, some jewelry, knick knacks, blood… you name it.

This blog has no set purpose. It probably will be the adventures of an nyc props master and set designer. In the end we may learn something about making theater by looking through the lens of the details. But probably not.
